The Faculty at DIMR has got immense experience with years of research and studies in their specialized fields. The highly qualified and experienced faculties have built a vast pool of knowledge for our students to learn and then earn. College not only has its own team of faculties but also, it invites guest faculties from various national and international colleges and industries for extensive theoretical and practical trainings. We invite experts from various industries comprising specialists from various fraternities like – finance, software, human resources management, marketing and sale, organizational behavior, business strategies, laws of business, IT industry, Telecommunication industry, microeconomics, small scale industries, home based business, small and medium enterprises and more.

Our faculties have vast exposure as a guide and teacher for the student who come here to build their career. They also have industry experience. Few are direct from industries with immense experience of the corporate culture and few are from the academics with immense academic experience. This helps students in every form. They get support of the faculties as guides and gurus and at the same time they get to know about the industries and work culture in different industries from the faculties who are directly from corporate world.

DIMR also gives good focus to communication and personality development skills of the students, which is believed to be one of the core areas for any business administration student. We have faculties for the same who help students to enhance their communication skills and also develop their personality. Workshops are organized from time to time to enhance the personality of the students.
